MY HAVING THE RIGHT!

Everyone’s all about their rights. I have the right to this. I have the right to do that. It’s always, it’s my right. But has anyone ever stopped to think what having rights means?

If you take a moment and think about it, you’d probably realize that having a right is like having a job. Take for instance having the right to life. Yes, I think we can all agree that unless you’ve perpetrated some horrific act that would justify removing yours, you have the right to live. Pretty basic when you think about it, isn’t it?

But doesn’t the right to live come with certain duties; such as the burden of sustaining life? How about taking care of your health? What about protecting it? I think everyone can agree that in order to assert your right to life you must first accept the duties that come with your life!

Or to put in more succinctly, to assert a right is to accept the duty that comes with it!

• You having the right to live comes with the duty to cherish and care for it!

• You having the right to speak your mind comes with the duty of listening to every one else speak theirs!

• You having the right to bear arms comes with the duty to be both proficient and safe with them!

• You having the right to vote comes with the duty to insure that you exercise said vote responsibly!

• You having the right to throw rocks at people comes with the duty of dodging the bullets they return!

• You having the right to spend your self into bankruptcy comes with the duty of paying for it yourself!

• You having the right to invest poorly comes with the duty of watching all your monies squandered!

• You having your rights comes with the duty to preserve and protect them!

• You having the right to abandon and squander away your rights comes with the duty of doing whatever you’re told by those to whom you abandoned them!

• You having the right to remove my rights without due process of law comes with MY HAVING THE RIGHT to send you straight to hell; without the benefit of the law you denied me!

Enemies in War,

THE BELLIGERENTS

A man can never be deprived his liberty
if he is prepared to defend it with his life!

The concept of individual liberty is so foreign to most Americans today that they would roll over and bark like a dog if ordered to; all the while whining: “But the government said I had to.” “What can I do, I’m only one person.” It makes me sick!

The problem as I see it is that the average American today is so institutionalized that they no longer know what liberty is; let alone have what it takes to keep it. I bet if I were to ask you to articulate to what governance you agree, other than saying you had the right to vote you wouldn’t be able to tell me. Most Americans don’t even realize that they have a choice in it all; that’s how bad the problem is. But if I asked you what your job description entailed, you would no doubt relate your position, hours and benefits; and be able to quit if you wished. And if I asked you about your contractual arrangement with your mortgage company, I bet you could tell me the terms; and be able to change companies if you saw fit. But when it comes to the government that you permit to have say over your property, your monies and your very lives, you haven’t a clue!

Some of you merely chime that you’re a citizen of the United States. But of course you have no idea what that really means. You just point to Washington and say it’s whatever they say it is. Of which astounds me. You would submit to whatever someone else says without vetting said persons’ credibility and integrity and call yourself free? Not only would that make you a fool, but a servile ignorant one at that!

So ignorant are we that most don’t realize that government equates to the transfer of power. That would be from each of us individuals to which ever form of governance we consent. And therein lays the key. Free men understand that government only comes at a price; our power. And the reason for a government with limited powers is so that we don’t lose so much of ours that we no longer have the power to control our government; our very own lives. This systemic ignorance of ours today is freedom’s worst enemy, because a people who don’t understand what government is or to what form of governance they agree, will submit to anything!

Perhaps some pointers on the Principles of Liberty would be in order:

• No free man can take the word of a government servant without corroboration.

• No free man can agree to a contractual agreement (i.e. Constitution) that they have neither read nor understand.

• A free man doesn’t look to others to determine what’s his. His knowledge of such property right is innate.

• A free man can only empower a government to the degree that his inherent rights to his own property and liberties are not in jeopardy.

• Free men never permit their government to operate autonomously, dictating services and terms.

• Free men know that taxation without the ability to control the arbiter of said tax is nothing more than the theft of the individual’s property and liberty; a little bit at a time!

• A free man will never tolerate charlatans and criminals in his government; as to do so is to yield to tyranny!

These principles of liberty are totally foreign to you because you’ve been born into a world skewed by deception and drowning in self-doubt. You’re so insecure in your own person that you will readily accept insanity as your master rather than stand up and claim freedom as your birth right. The veil of subjectivity pulled over your eyes long ago, hides from you the real world. So much so, that you no longer even know what’s yours.

A right is just like the money in your pocket or the blood in your veins. To a free man his rights are inviolate. A free man could no more be commanded to hand over his money against his will then to cut his own wrist. It wouldn’t even require conscious thought, it’s so abhorrent. Yet today, the average American looks to the incredulous thugs in this government today to tell them what liberties/privileges they’re permitted and what monies they can keep. No wonder this nation is all but gone!

Just the other night I had the misfortunate of passing a TV while some pontificating pie-hole ridiculed the lawsuits that some of the States have filed over the present Health Care Scam. This contemptible shyster, a former Solicitor General I might add, just cut the founding principles of individual liberty and State sovereignty to the bone by stating that such principles were obsolete by virtue of the Civil War; going on to assert that through that legal slight-of-hand called case-law, the Supreme Court had of late, reasserted the federal government’s supremacy over the individual States. You see this government you submit to today, views your individual liberties as theirs; to be taken/legislated away at will!

Few realize that the Bill of Rights does not afford us our rights. How can they? Rights belong to the individual. Fewer yet recognize that the Bill of Rights really doesn’t protect our rights; that’s the individual’s job. No, the Bill of Rights is not there to protect us from the government or do for us what we’re supposed to do for ourselves. They are but a clear delineation highlighting where the government’s powers end and the individuals’ powers begin; demanded by the free men of those founding sovereign States, to insure that they remained in control of their government. Which without, there would exist no clear line with which to protect our government from those charlatans and criminals historically attracted by such power!

Of course this brings us back to our systemic ignorance. Since we no longer bother to study and understand the laws (Constitution/Bill of Rights) to which we submit, then the disingenuous and criminals we’ve permitted into government are free to violate them at will. Now the law is whatever they can get away with! Now they can and do substitute whatever they profess as the good for the rights of the individual. Literally legislating our individual rights away in violation of that line (Bill of Rights) brought to protect them. As I’ve said before, if we don’t care to what we consent, why should they care to what they abide?

And this is where permitting the rights of the individual to be subjugated to the rights of some conjured good is flawed. Once the individual’s power/right to restrain/control their government is vanquished, such as it has been, the servant (government) becomes the master. Because since we’re no longer exercising our just powers to protect and control our governance then that bastion of deceit and deception called government, is left to police itself. This gives it free reign to legislate/violate laws without fear of prosecution. Why? Because they’re in charge! The law is whatever they say it is; and crime is only what they decide to prosecute. But as long as the source of government’s power, the individual, retains the inherent right to consent or not consent based upon their government’s strict adherence to that Constitution which created this nation, then the government remains the servant; and we the master. In the end, once your individual consent is no longer required, freedom is then your past; tyranny your future!

And for those that history is lost on when it comes to autonomous government, perhaps Lord Acton’s words will ring clear here.

“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely!”
1887

Look at your government today. The man who claims to know what is best for the nation’s health, smokes! One of the men who legislates your liberties away believes that an island in the Pacific Ocean will tip over if too many people inhabit it! A Supreme Court justice asserts that subjecting a suspect to torture does not violate the “cruel & unusual punishment” clause because he rationalizes that the alleged terrorist must first be charged, tried and convicted of a crime in order for said torture to be considered ‘punishment.’ No greater argument can be made for keeping the powers of the people in the hands of those to whom it justly belongs; the people.

As the maxims of liberty show, free men never give up control. And this is the most determinative indicator that we Americans are no longer free at all; because we are no longer in control! Today this unaccountable cabal, that we empower, usurps our individual rights under any number of ruses rationalized as necessary to the nation as a whole.

For example, the nation’s health is used as reason to remove your individual right to take care of your own health; the nation’s insolvency is used as impetus for forcing you to pay for the out-of-control spending and waste that you had no say in; and the nation’s security is trumpeted as basis enough to remove every single remaining safeguard (Bill of Rights) with which you, the individual, could have secured your government; our nation. (i.e. the un-Patriot Act)

Never mind that your egregiously corrupt government was so busy stealing from your Treasury that they permitted the September 11 terrorists into our nation in the first place; Never mind that this fiscally irresponsible government has no qualms with legislating a totally unsustainable economy in order to help out their buddies in banking and big business; Never mind that this incredibly self-serving government robs your Social Security and Medicare to fund their own health-care; Never mind that these elite few make indentured servants of your children tomorrow, in order to finance their platinum pension plans today!

These shysters (lawyers) and charlatans (judges) in government today have everyone bamboozled into thinking that you can’t understand law or constitution. That only they can decipher what the founders meant. But if you’d put down the remote and read the Constitution and the writings of that day, you’d see that the law is not so confounding; that government is synonymous with fraud, waste and abuse; and that Shakespeare had it right! “The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers!” It really is a sad sign when a society has to watch and listen to a bunch of bombastic baboons and pseudo-compassionate nitwits in order to form an intelligent opinion on the matters gravest to theirs and their families’ futures!

So here’s something to consider as this ever expanding tyranny grows in both arrogance and reach. In the Rule-of-Law, if at some subsequent date legislation is determined to be unlawful (i.e. unconstitutional), it is found to be unlawful from the day it was legislated; not from when a court gets around to adjudicating so! What this translates into is that when it comes to laws that clearly violate this nation’s underlying precept, that being the supremacy of the individual’s rights, a citizen is neither required to comply with them and more importantly, duty bound not to. As to comply with what you know to be unlawful is to grant the illegitimate legitimacy; and at the same instant, give up your liberty.

There’s no equivocation here. A free man cannot subjugate himself to an unlawful law or the ignorant criminal men who would try and make him bend to it, as once a free man submits to such thievery and coercion, he is a free man no longer! You see, free men make no distinction between thieves armed with guns or a congress armed with unlawful statute. Giving up his rights is tantamount to giving up life itself. Therefore if they are put in jeopardy than he must resist and if necessary, fight!

So for those of you who recognize what is taking place in this nation today, listen up. You’ve Tea-Partied yourselves to death. You’ve petitioned, pleaded, argued and reasoned; and to what avail? They’re not listening. They no longer give a good God damn what you think, what you want, or what you have to say. Nor what the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution, says. Got it? That Constitution is gone! The United States of America is no longer! Those who inhabit that District of Iniquity (DC) today only cloak themselves in the flag in order to dupe you into giving up your individual liberties freely; instead of them having to take them from you by force!

Make no mistake; this is precisely where this nation is headed. You don’t have to be a mathematician to see that we’re insolvent and that what the government is selling today is wholly unsustainable. You don’t have to be Perry Mason to see the outright contempt for the law and us on the part of the federal bureaucracy. They and their bribed minions only care about themselves. This is all about them getting theirs. Your consent is no longer required; only compliance. And the only question you need to ask yourself is; do you want to give it up or do you wish to make a stand?

No man likes to think in such terms, but if you don’t fight it would be tantamount to you hiring an employee to work for you, then having the employee turn about and dictate the terms of his employment, his pay/pension and threaten physical harm to you if you refuse; even if it means he lives like a king and you a pauper! Saber rattling and gun ownership do not, in and of themselves, secure a free State. At some point you have to man-up and fight!

Yes, if you fight you may very well die. Yes, you may be the only one left on your block willing to do so. Yes, you may very well have accomplished nothing in terms of change. But look at the bright side. You won’t find yourself sniveling at another dog’s butt while you stand in line begging for a bone. Don’t take my word for it. Do your own research. Once you see these incredulous bastards for what they are, such as I already have, then you will know without a doubt that this will be your and your children’s future should you capitulate.

This is where the breakdown between the 1st and 2nd Amendments today fails me. Did you think the men that fought a war to win us our freedoms merely intended for you to stand around yelling? At what point do you realize that your petitions are falling on deaf ears? At what point do you realize that those who don’t want to work for anything themselves, are eyeing your paycheck as their right and are going to use this fraudulent entity masquerading as lawful government as their armed proxy with which to enforce such thievery. This is why the 2nd Amendment followed the 1st Amendment. It was to give fair warning to the criminal before resorting to the measure of last resort; that being a call to arms. As I’ve stated in the past: If it’s not worth fighting for than you’re not worthy of it!

This is why Voltaire wrote: “It’s dangerous to be right when the government is wrong!”

And as for you worthless servile types who see this diatribe as dangerous, it’s not I or free Americans who are acting dangerously. It’s you ignorant and arrogant ones who have invented some unwritten right to our monies, our liberties, and our lives, who are. But you really don’t much care as long as you get what you want; do you? That is until you incur the wrath of the people that you’re robbing. Then you cry ‘We’re being threatened.’

But it’s not we who are threatening you. It’s you who are threatening us. You’re threatening to take from us what is not yours to take. You’re threatening us with unlawful fines (tax) and jail if we refuse to comply with your unlawful laws. You’re threatening to shoot us if we threaten to meet your unprovoked force with force. We are the defenders of liberty. You are its enemies. We are the ones who agree to the Constitution. You are the ones who only swear an oath to it in order to attack it. We are the defenders of the United States of America. You are THE BELLIGERENTS!

Enemies in War,

PS. For those who somehow still believe that the federal government is still legitimate, read Enemies in War,. See for yourselves just how criminal they are. See for yourselves how far they will go to protect the criminal, themselves; even at the expense of us and our children!

“Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.”

George Washington

THE QUESTION

There has been a whirlwind of legislation in America over the past ten years; statutes which both add to and convolute our already oppressive society. So, I figured a little insight into living under these laws might be timely. There are so many, so I’ll just address what I think are the most pointed.

After September 11th, pretty much that hallmark date that the government chose to institute such sweeping change, the right to speak out against government pretty much equated to speaking for terrorism. I mean come on now. Don’t you see the nexus?  Homeland Security does!

Then with this Patriot Act (Can’t imagine why they chose that name!) privacy and the law to document ‘probable cause,’ that bare minimum of evidence of a crime, went right out the window. Those Justice and Homeland Security officials know what they’re doing. If they say they need to monitor all phone calls, e-mails, bank accounts and commercial travel, there must be a good reason. And they really don’t need to be bothered with those pesky little rules designed to keep government honest. Honestly, if your banker or grocery store clerk didn’t have any one looking over their shoulders or have to keep a ledger, you could trust them, right?

And since the government’s dealing with all these nefarious types, the likes of which have been around since the beginning of time, like people who decide that they have the right to attack those who never attacked them (Iraq!), then what’s the big deal if we just put them in a prison and not allow them: to know what it is they’re being held for; face their accusers; seek counsel; have their day in court; or even let anyone see, let alone know they’re alive?

Now that we’ve come that far, what’s wrong with letting the government, that body of fellow citizens which generally falls a few degrees south of the moral center, apply a little creative interrogation? After all, how can you expect them to bring the proper charges if they don’t know what the guilty party did? Just because we say we’re going to kill them, murder their wives or rape their daughters, it’s not as if we’re really going to go through with it!

Oh OK, so a few died; what’s the big deal. If they hadn’t been so strong willed they’d probably still be alive. Besides, they were more than likely guilty of something anyway. At least that’s what the CIA said after they destroyed the tapes, that is!

So, here’s my question:

If you were to be approached by any number of our pervasive federal law-enforcement community today, be it FBI, CIA, DHS, NSA, DEA, ATF, IRS, CBP, INS, USMS, SS (Secret Service), EPA (Yeah, they carry guns!), Blackwater (Contractors count too!), etc., and were ‘requested’ to accompany them for reasons stated or not and you believed that you had done nothing to deserve such attention, then what would you do?

Here’s a little something to consider before you answer:

Once in the custody of said supposed law-enforcement officers, you may not be afforded any opportunity to: know what it is you allegedly did or were thinking of doing; be allowed to face your accusers; have legal counsel; permitted a court; or even let anyone in the outside world know that you’re alive. If you’re thinking that the odds of this are so miniscule as to not even rate, then I must inform you that where the odds may be in your favor, a number of fellow citizens whom have done nothing wrong either have suffered this precise fate. Oh, that’s right, I forgot. You probably didn’t hear about most of them because if they talked they would be subject to Part Deux.

The Patriot Act permits the government to threaten and prosecute anyone who divulges anything that may pertain to national security. Well, if you were the agents or Justice (Gulp!) officials who thought they could get away with prosecuting someone just because they looked like a bad guy, you’d invoke national security too. They’re one in the same you know. National Police = National Security!

And here’s the icing on the cake. Once you’ve ‘consented’ to go along with these alleged law-enforcement officials, you have given up any and all rights that you thought you had; because, ignorance of the law is no excuse. If you are a citizen of this nation today, then unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past decade, then there is no plausible rational, let alone excuse, for not knowing what the law of the land is. What with all the press and hype regarding rendition (unlawful kidnapping or extradition), denial of due-process and torture, not to mention, summary executions, or accidental death depending on how you look at it, no citizen today can say that they didn’t know that this could happen to them. This takes us back to my question; which I’ll rephrase.

If you knew that you could lose all rights, to include the right to live, would you willfully, consent to accompany those who are not held to any standard of accountability or law? Would you be willing to subject yourself to strip searches in front of others, to include the opposite sex? Would you give up your right to counsel? Would you give up the most basic of human decency, of being permitted to inform your loved ones of your whereabouts? And quite naturally, your loved ones right to know your whereabouts? Would you agree to being slapped silly for over thirty minutes and slammed into a wall? Would you consent to be placed naked in a cell, have hypothermia induced and be sleep deprived? Would you willfully consent to a mock drowning; which as it turns out, may become your last cognizant experience on this earth? Only for those who subjected you to such inhumane treatment to be afforded all rights and protections, that you were denied? We don’t see any of them being prosecuted now do we?

Or would you stand up as a free man, denounce these perversions of law, and fight for your very life? Here’s a little hint. It’s a trick question.

You see, if you’re waiting for that knock at the door to answer the question, it’s too late. You’ve already given your tacit consent; because while you stood silently when they took away your fellow man, your fellow countrymen even, you made such perversions of law, lawful! By and through the removal of your First Amendment Right, which you have acquiesced to, you gave your tacit (silent) consent to such inhumane treatment by those you entrusted with your very freedoms; namely the federal government. No? Well, when all this came to light, did you write, do or document anything to apprise your government that these horrors were not only done contrary to the Supreme Law of the Land (Constitution), but that you demand that these crimes and criminals be prosecuted? Well? Because if you didn’t, then you did then and do now approve!

Today, that’s the world most Americans have heretofore consented to.

So, the question is: What are you going to do now?
