THE STONES!

On December 15th, 2010 I would like every American who wishes to be treated with dignity and have a say in their own governance, to go to the steps of their local federal courthouse and burn the Constitution of the United States. I have no doubt that the significance of this date and act is lost on many though. So for those who miss the point, follow along:

December 15th, 1791 was the day that most Americans, of their own free will mind you, consented to a form of self-governance otherwise known as the United States of America. The key here is they consented. It was by choice.

Fast forward 219 years to present day though and most Americans will tell you that except for voting, they don’t have a choice. Even more astounding is that this increasing mass of submissive class will tell those of us around them that we don’t have a choice either. That it’s every Americans lot in life to simply do whatever the government commands.

And here my fellow Americans is where we part ways; to put it mildly. You see I don’t accept that my life is just to do what I’m told. I firmly believe in the principle that ‘All men are created equal;’ that those in government are no wiser let alone any more honest than any one of us. Therefore, absent a binding contract upon which to control and restrain those in government, no one man or group of men for that matter should ever dictate to another. Permitting so not only smacks of inequity but inevitably tilts the scale of liberty in government’s favor. Now the servants are the master; and we the servants. Oh, that binding contract we once had was the US Constitution!

So let’s just put a stop to this charade where those in government today swear an oath to support and defend that which they transparently violate daily. It’s a farce of astronomical proportion. Not to mention that most Americans don’t believe in the Constitution any longer anyway. So since it’s impossible to have a constitutional agreement where most parties no longer agree, then for all intents and purposes, it’s null and void; by agreement! I would tell you, my fellow Americans, that you are now free to do what you will, but sadly most of you have no will left.

Of course for those ignoble fools, who are enamored with their new found utopia these days, you haven’t a clue what you’ve really done. All you’ve succeeded in doing by attacking our legitimate foundation is to empower an oppressive tyranny, make indentured servants of our children and secure our nation’s demise. As far as I’m concerned these days, the sooner the better; because a society that would place upon its unborn a monetary debt for which they will never be able to repay, just so you all can live a little more comfortably today, should die!

For those of you who find my resignation and this act offensive, I can only ask: Where have you been for the past decade while individual liberty has been hijacked? Did you think that liberty defended itself? Freedom you know is only for those educated enough to recognize when their liberties are under attack; and then willing to fight and die for them.

I and others would like to live in a nation of laws where free individuals rule, as opposed to living under the rule of the belligerent buffoons and tyrants that we do today, but the few of us standing up today don’t make up a nation. By the looks of things these days, I don’t think we’d even make up a State. And this is how liberty is lost.

You see this nation is no longer about individual choice; it’s about compliance. Compliance to the growing power and control the government inherits from each and every one of you who surrender choice. Government will swear up and down and here to hell and back that they’re saving you from terrorists and unethical companies these days, but their word is worth no more than their oaths! This is just a ploy to get you to think that they’ve got your back; that your participation in your own governance is not required. That way there’s never anyone to control and restrain them. Hence a government today that knows no bounds. Now there’s no liberty they will not take; no indignity they will not commit; no generation they will not enslave; and no crime of their own they will not cover up. Unequivocal evidence that you are no longer living in the United States of America!

Consequently, you are now complying with mandates that are no longer legally binding; not to mention paying for services you are no longer getting. Of your own free will no less. And to continue to fulfill your obligations to a contract that your government no longer honors reeks of either gross ignorance or silent submissiveness. Regardless, you are acting part and parcel in the hijacking of your own dignity and liberty. For those that claim they don’t have a choice, indeed you do. You may not like your choices, but you have them nonetheless. Because to refuse to speak up, to remain silent when you’re being robbed is a silent choice; otherwise known as tacit agreement!

All things being equal, since these fellow Americans of ours in government freely violate our trust such as they do today, then we people are now free to remove from them the pretense of legitimacy with which they do so; the US Constitution. It is nothing more than a façade of liberty these days. So don’t worry about burning it. This grand experiment in self-governance was not about a document anyway. It was about liberty. It was and is about the right of free men to choose.

Choose to the burn the façade and hold accountable these frauds that have purloined and squandered yours and your children’s futures and you choose to be the master. Choose to not choose and you choose to be the servant. On one hand you stand up as an equal and worthy party in your own governance; on the other you sentence yourself and your family to a life of servitude.

Of course this brings into sharp contrast the difference between Americans today and 219 years ago. It would appear that dignity, freedom and self-governance are only for those that have   THE STONES!

NOT FROM THE TOP!

In war there is no right or wrong. There is but survival.

To know me is to know that I’m not a fan of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan; to put it mildly. Not because I’m a peace-loving hippy, but because I believe war to be a horrific struggle to survive. Since there exists no such imminent threat from Iraq or Afghanistan, then quite naturally then I see absolutely no reason to engage in such horror. And no, this snow-job of preemptive war to save us from another 911 is bullshit, plain and simple.

It’s far more practical, not to mention considerably more strategic, to just secure our own borders. But yet this incredulous government abandons our porous borders in favor of war on the other side of the planet. What loons! Not to mention that if this government was really all about security then they’d arrest and prosecute those Customs & Border patrol agents who were stealing from the Treasury when the September 11th terrorists were hiding in plain sight right under their iniquitous noses. So whereas we don’t want to see another 911, backing a contrived war brought by the same neophyte government types who were criminally derelict in their duties to protect our borders in the first place, is not the answer. I hate to beat a dead horse here, but when will people get it? We have far more to fear from the enemies within, than we do the enemies without!

Make no mistake. I’m not saying we should run away from our duty to apprehend or kill those responsible for September 11th; simply that there is a crucial distinction here. That being that there is a marked distinction between using military assets for a surgical strike to kill or capture a criminal element utilizing a sovereign nation as safe-haven, as opposed to occupying and going to war against an entire nation.

For those that history is lost on, warfare has been, is and will always be the taking of life and land. There is no such thing as a clean or politically correct war. Indeed, the politicians have sold us on such, but in reality, it doesn’t exist. In war there will always be horrific collateral damage. Yes, men, women and children. It’s not a matter of if; it’s only a matter of how many.

The point being here is that to go to war without the expectation and acceptance of such collateral damages is to incur the ravages of war where perhaps no war actually exists. And therein lays the crux of the matter. A combatant in a struggle to survive doesn’t have time to dwell on such matters. If the focus is on collateral damage then obviously your survival is not in jeopardy; therefore you’re not in a war. The target of a criminal element worthy of a military strike, perhaps; but war, absolutely not!

This is why factual due-diligence and great constraint should always be exercised before hand. Where things get convoluted and muddled in this process is when we permit those of questionable character and meager education to make such dire decisions. Such as the history-challenged ignorant government neophytes we have of late. They think warfare is some kind of board game. They believe that they can control not only the outcome but the manner and means by which war is waged. They, clueless demagogues that they are, champion war as some kind of campaign tool. They claim to be all knowing and powerful; even though what they predict rarely goes according to plan. Then in the end, no matter the outcome or consequences, they portray themselves as prevailing; impervious to the death and destruction they’ve wrought. And this brings us back to Iraq and Afghanistan.

George W. Bush and his terrorist side-kick, Dick Cheney, led us into war; war most foul. Not based on facts but fabrications. Not because they believed we were in imminent danger, but for power. Not to apprehend or slay an enemy, but to exact a plan of domination. And this is precisely what we’ve gotten; a fabricated war brought for power and money. Anyone who states that we are safer by the invasions and occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan is an utter idiot. Anyone who purports that there is a war to win is in love with their own voice. Nothing has become of these wars other than death, debt and further threat. In the end, over 5,000 of our most virtuous citizens (Military) have died right along with the thousands lost on September 11th. And the death toll of Iraqis and Afghans in these contrived wars, greater yet. And to who’s benefit? Certainly not us or the over 30,000 troops wounded thus far.

Naturally, when these loons are queried as to these losses they immediately shoot back; “But we’re saving you from the terrorists!” “If we didn’t go to war tens of thousands more would die!” Of course, they have no evidence to substantiate their claims.

Yet we continue to permit the most vile and incredulous loons of our society to take us to war and promote it as some kind of security measure. Obama, with his peace-prize in hand, states that our troops’ sacrifices are necessary to both America’s safety and world security. But security is a myth; of which only the most uneducated would buy with their own blood. When did world security fall to us anyway? And even if we pretend that it did, what historical malfeasant would contemplate that which is not possible? To have lived these past 10 years is an assault on the mind and on reason itself. This brings us to the orders our troops are given when put in harm’s way; commonly referred to as Rules of Engagement (ROE’s).

The ROE’s are essentially a litmus test for war. If war is justified, the ROE’s will state “Take life ~ Take ground ~ Win at all costs!” If war is not justified, if it is only a contrived war that is sought, the ROE’s given are similar to those issued to our troops in Afghanistan today:

• “If you are in a situation where you are under fire from the enemy… if there is any chance of creating civilian casualties or if you don’t know whether you will create civilian casualties, if you can withdraw from that situation without firing, then you must do so.” General McChrystal

• Our troops are restricted from acting against people unless they (enemy) commit a hostile act or show hostile intent. American troops say the Taliban can fire on them, then set aside their weapon and walk freely out of a compound, possibly toward a weapons cache in another location. Our troops are prohibited from firing on them while they walk away!

• Troops engaged in combat often ask for air or artillery support, only to be refused for fear of collateral damage.

Politicians and high ranking officers will tell you that in a ‘Counter Insurgency’ these ROE’s are just what is necessary to win. They paint all insurgents as foreign radical zealots hell-bent on killing everything good and holsum. But the truth of the matter is that the insurgents are, in great part, nothing more than Iraqis & Afghans who don’t like us or our propped-up puppet governments; criminal governments at that. The truth of the matter is that we are fighting someone else’s civil war. Whether or not said war started before or after we got there is irrelevant. It’s still war; just not ours! And the unequivocal truth here is that our troops are dying trying to comply with these ridiculous ROE’s. Such as a corporal who in a good-faith effort to comply with said ROE’s, hid behind a wall while under fire; only to be struck in the heart with a ricochet and killed!

The obvious question here is why? It’s not our country. It’s not our fight. But back we go to the bullshit ruse of; we’re saving you from another 911! To which I respond; Iraq had nothing to do with 911. Nor was there any credible intelligence to support Saddam’s possession of WMD’s. And if Osama bin Laden is truly the target then why haven’t we targeted him? By God, if there was ever a just cause to lay down horror on a biblical scale, then September 11th was it. But look at the facts.

Here we have the quintessential right and duty to strike at Osama and his merry band of terrorist, but when we had them holed up in Tora Bora, a mountainous area in Afghanistan with few non-combatants, we walked away. Yes, this government that says it is hell bent on winning let him go! By every account, from those that were there, the only reason we didn’t kill Osama and his compatriots right then and there (December, 2001) was because this government, yes ours, refused to go to war. Did you get that? I repeat myself; this government refused to pull out all the stops (issue ROE’s consistent with WAR) and give our military the support required to lay to rest once and for all those who brought death and disaster to our shores. How treasonous is that? Instead, these incredulous bastards start a war with a nation that had nothing to do with 911! There are not even words to describe the treason of these fools!

We, us and our troops, are being played. Our sons and daughters join up to serve and fight the bad guys, but are sent to die in belligerent ruses instead; with their hands tied behind their backs no less. We’re told that we’re being made safer, but the truth of the matter is that we’re being sold a bill of goods. The truth here is that the government wants to go to war to dominate, not win. And towards that end they will gleefully shed gratuitous blood and bankrupt generations of Americans to come; all the while selling us imaginary security. And here we sit buying it!

The absolute is that in war people die; and if such gratuitous death and destruction are unacceptable then don’t go to war. But by God if war is to be, then trying to compromise with death with such ludicrous ROE’s is to incur death ten fold over. Remember Viet Nam? (58,000+)

At this very instant in time our troops are in harm’s way. Not to save us or what’s left of our Republic, but for the benefit of other nations, their propped up criminal puppets and these treasonous bastards we permit to command them. All the while, living and dying under ridiculous ROE’s. This is a travesty of the highest order. I for one believe that if the blood of a nation is to flow, that it should flow from the bottom dwellers and charlatans who started these contrived wars and implemented such suicidal ROE’s; not from the brave and virtuous of our society who have risen to the top through acts of true sacrifice and courage.

SERVICE

SERVICE

I have had a number of occasions to witness those in service. Few take on the task with the gravity it so richly deserves though. Yet, no greater honor could be had than to serve another. Unfortunately, there are far too few servants today.

Some time ago a young man expressed to me his desire to serve in the military. Somewhat taken aback, given the officials our military serve today, I tried to argue against such a decision. My arguments were not of the inane or unsubstantiated. There was the total disregard for the law and our Constitution on the part of the then President. There was the lack of clear command and control, ignoring the true enemies of this Nation. There was a war to be fought and yet our Commander in Chief invented a war of his own; one in which money and lives were of no value and torture valuable.

I argued and I listened, as no one man has all the answers. My arguments were valid and accepted as such. My words were on point. Content that I had succeeded in changing his mind, I was still dismayed to hear that the young man still wanted to join. So I changed my tact and asked why. With all that you know, with all that you’re capable of, why would you still wish to place yourself in such a tenuous position? Thankfully for all of us, wisdom does not always come from the elder.

Yes, he admitted that he was looking for excitement. What young man doesn’t? Yes, the camaraderie called, but the most prophetic answer was one that I had no argument for. In fact, I couldn’t have agreed more. “Because I want to serve the men and my Country.” he responded.

Now you, like most, may never know the heart and the depth of the man before me. So, even though those few words say so little, to know the man is to have a profound appreciation for the wisdom and honor of his act. No, to serve is not a verb or mere word. It is an act; the act of giving; the act of sacrifice; an act of dedication. In that instant, the true meaning of the words below came to life.

For some years now, we have seen those bumper stickers and signs that say “Support the Troops” but the lack of understanding that most of us citizens today have as to our form of government is appalling. The most appalling thing of all to me though is that we citizens fail so miserably in support of those men and women who have elected to place themselves in harm’s way to serve us. Hardly a day goes by that I can’t remember being disgusted that so many of these honorable men and women have served at the will and command of some of the most incredulous, if not criminal men in our Nation. Having had the honor, and I do mean HONOR, to sit with some of these men, I can tell you from the bottom of my heart, that no greater inequity exists, no higher treason can be stated, than to permit those who sacrifice the most to serve under those who do not even know the meaning of sacrifice.

On this day, January 20, 2009, you will be sworn in as President of this Nation. Please remember sir, that to be worthy of the service of those who you will command and to serve as the President of the United States of America, you must preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. You are not in charge. You have elected and been elected to serve our Constitution. Just like those below you, it’s not about what you think, what you believe or what you want. It’s about that to which We the People, especially those who are making the ultimate sacrifice, consent:

The Constitution of the United States of America.

Serve this and We will all benefit.
Serve it not and just like the years leading up to today, We will all lose.

It was my sincerest hope that irrespective of everything I had heard or read about Mr. Obama, that he would rise to the servitude for which the office he was about to enter, commanded. This being the one-year anniversary, I felt compelled to publish this note. Perhaps it will spark a rekindling of that which is so lacking today and imperative to saving our Nation. Then again, perhaps I am hoping too much; what with the demands of party, special Olympic interests and unconstitutional endeavors into the misnomer, Health Care Reform, I don’t think there’s any time left for service these days!

THE QUESTION

THE QUESTION

There has been a whirlwind of legislation in America over the past ten years; statutes which both add to and convolute our already oppressive society. So, I figured a little insight into living under these laws might be timely. There are so many, so I’ll just address what I think are the most pointed.

After September 11th, pretty much that hallmark date that the government chose to institute such sweeping change, the right to speak out against government pretty much equated to speaking for terrorism. I mean come on now. Don’t you see the nexus?  Homeland Security does!

Then with this Patriot Act (Can’t imagine why they chose that name!) privacy and the law to document ‘probable cause,’ that bare minimum of evidence of a crime, went right out the window. Those Justice and Homeland Security officials know what they’re doing. If they say they need to monitor all phone calls, e-mails, bank accounts and commercial travel, there must be a good reason. And they really don’t need to be bothered with those pesky little rules designed to keep government honest. Honestly, if your banker or grocery store clerk didn’t have any one looking over their shoulders or have to keep a ledger, you could trust them, right?

And since the government’s dealing with all these nefarious types, the likes of which have been around since the beginning of time, like people who decide that they have the right to attack those who never attacked them (Iraq!), then what’s the big deal if we just put them in a prison and not allow them: to know what it is they’re being held for; face their accusers; seek counsel; have their day in court; or even let anyone see, let alone know they’re alive?

Now that we’ve come that far, what’s wrong with letting the government, that body of fellow citizens which generally falls a few degrees south of the moral center, apply a little creative interrogation? After all, how can you expect them to bring the proper charges if they don’t know what the guilty party did? Just because we say we’re going to kill them, murder their wives or rape their daughters, it’s not as if we’re really going to go through with it!

Oh OK, so a few died; what’s the big deal. If they hadn’t been so strong willed they’d probably still be alive. Besides, they were more than likely guilty of something anyway. At least that’s what the CIA said after they destroyed the tapes, that is!

So, here’s my question:

If you were to be approached by any number of our pervasive federal law-enforcement community today, be it FBI, CIA, DHS, NSA, DEA, ATF, IRS, CBP, INS, USMS, SS (Secret Service), EPA (Yeah, they carry guns!), Blackwater (Contractors count too!), etc., and were ‘requested’ to accompany them for reasons stated or not and you believed that you had done nothing to deserve such attention, then what would you do?

Here’s a little something to consider before you answer:

Once in the custody of said supposed law-enforcement officers, you may not be afforded any opportunity to: know what it is you allegedly did or were thinking of doing; be allowed to face your accusers; have legal counsel; permitted a court; or even let anyone in the outside world know that you’re alive. If you’re thinking that the odds of this are so miniscule as to not even rate, then I must inform you that where the odds may be in your favor, a number of fellow citizens whom have done nothing wrong either have suffered this precise fate. Oh, that’s right, I forgot. You probably didn’t hear about most of them because if they talked they would be subject to Part Deux.

The Patriot Act permits the government to threaten and prosecute anyone who divulges anything that may pertain to national security. Well, if you were the agents or Justice (Gulp!) officials who thought they could get away with prosecuting someone just because they looked like a bad guy, you’d invoke national security too. They’re one in the same you know. National Police = National Security!

And here’s the icing on the cake. Once you’ve ‘consented’ to go along with these alleged law-enforcement officials, you have given up any and all rights that you thought you had; because, ignorance of the law is no excuse. If you are a citizen of this nation today, then unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past decade, then there is no plausible rational, let alone excuse, for not knowing what the law of the land is. What with all the press and hype regarding rendition (unlawful kidnapping or extradition), denial of due-process and torture, not to mention, summary executions, or accidental death depending on how you look at it, no citizen today can say that they didn’t know that this could happen to them. This takes us back to my question; which I’ll rephrase.

If you knew that you could lose all rights, to include the right to live, would you willfully, consent to accompany those who are not held to any standard of accountability or law? Would you be willing to subject yourself to strip searches in front of others, to include the opposite sex? Would you give up your right to counsel? Would you give up the most basic of human decency, of being permitted to inform your loved ones of your whereabouts? And quite naturally, your loved ones right to know your whereabouts? Would you agree to being slapped silly for over thirty minutes and slammed into a wall? Would you consent to be placed naked in a cell, have hypothermia induced and be sleep deprived? Would you willfully consent to a mock drowning; which as it turns out, may become your last cognizant experience on this earth? Only for those who subjected you to such inhumane treatment to be afforded all rights and protections, that you were denied? We don’t see any of them being prosecuted now do we?

Or would you stand up as a free man, denounce these perversions of law, and fight for your very life? Here’s a little hint. It’s a trick question.

You see, if you’re waiting for that knock at the door to answer the question, it’s too late. You’ve already given your tacit consent; because while you stood silently when they took away your fellow man, your fellow countrymen even, you made such perversions of law, lawful! By and through the removal of your First Amendment Right, which you have acquiesced to, you gave your tacit (silent) consent to such inhumane treatment by those you entrusted with your very freedoms; namely the federal government. No? Well, when all this came to light, did you write, do or document anything to apprise your government that these horrors were not only done contrary to the Supreme Law of the Land (Constitution), but that you demand that these crimes and criminals be prosecuted? Well? Because if you didn’t, then you did then and do now approve!

Today, that’s the world most Americans have heretofore consented to.

So, the question is: What are you going to do now?

THE TWO MOST COSTLY UNSPOKEN WORDS OF DECEMBER 1ST, 2009

Last night, we listened to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of this nation layout his strategy for Afghanistan. I wish I could tell you that I held great prospects for his plan. I really, really do. Unfortunately, like so many things this government does today, I see nothing but further costs; both in dollars and blood.

After some months of whirlwind world travels for the likes of the theoretical global-warming disaster, Nobel Peace prize and Olympic city tryouts, the President and all his minions have essentially drafted what can only be described as a failed compromise. Although sending 30,000 more troops (not to mention billions of dollars) to Afghanistan is what the military wants, he will not send quite as many as requested. Though we keep hearing that we can’t leave until we finish the fight and win, wining was not articulated. Although Mr. Obama, acknowledged that these never-ending-wars are costing this nation dearly, he nevertheless states that we will continue to fight and pay for them for at least another year and a half.

Contrary to his speech’s assertions: This nation was founded as a constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Afghanistan is another Vietnam (undeclared war). Pakistan, our renewed partner, is the enemy. The Afghanis, not to be confused with that Vietnam-era like puppet, Karzai, do not want our help. This Bush-era debacle with no clear plan or attainable goal leaves nothing to win. This continued idiocy does not make our nation safer. And for God’s sake, NO, we don’t need more Homeland Security; as those treasonous bastards (Customs) were the ones who were too busy stealing from the Treasury to stop the September 11th terrorists in the first place.

Most notably throughout this one hour decree, was not what was said though. You see, we have been told for over eight years that Osama bin Laden was the criminal mastermind behind 9/11. But did we hear his name mentioned once last night? No! How can the most heinous criminal in this nation’s history not merit even so much as an honorable mention when it comes to the war we are told he started; the war, that according to Mr. Obama, is going to cost us, yet more monies and more blood? Are they afraid that if we kill, or dare I say, capture Osama, that the war will end? I mean come on now. How many Afghanis do we have to kill before we recognize that you can’t tell a goat-herder who doesn’t much care for a foreign military presence in his backyard, from a Taliban-al Qaeda-Insurgent?

Furthermore, all the patriotic words, phraseology and pandering put forth brought nothing new to this soon-to-be Vietnam-long war. Yes, Vietnam was the ten year war. And in 2011, Afghanistan will have reached the ten year milestone. More troops, more blood, more money, more I-know-what-I’m-doing neophytes hasn’t changed the outcome one iota so far. What makes these people think that more of same will make a difference this time around? Or, are they trying to change anything at all?

If anyone in the District of Columbia, let alone a supposed constitutional scholar, would bother to read, understand and adhere to that other word never mentioned last night, the Constitution, they might see that it would show them a way out of this mess. You see, the Constitution does not allow for un-declared foreign wars. And even if Congress should decide to adhere to the Constitution, they would need to articulate which nation we are at war with. Point being, we are not at war with any nation. We are at war with criminals. We are at war with ourselves; primarily, because we no longer adhere to that most basic core set of principles and laws upon which this nation was founded. Without our Constitution, we are a nation adrift. And these security-hyped nation-building invasions are nothing more than our government capitalizing on undeclared, undefined, patriotic-painted ruses to seize liberties and monies that are not theirs to seize.

All that had to be said last night was that the Constitution of the United States does not permit undeclared foreign wars and therefore he would bring an end to these illegal debacles post haste. Then, as originally directed by the Congress in 2001, use all “necessary and appropriate force” against those who “planned, authorized, committed or aided” the September 11th attacks.

This language does not in any way infer that our troops will be spreading good cheer or billions of US dollars. Nor that we would be paving roads, building bridges, putting in schools or propping up puppets with our families’ blood. The original language quite succinctly states that our troops will be tasked to kill; Osama or anyone who gets in their way. That’s what military force is for. Period! If these nations did not want to suffer the brunt of military force then they should not have aided and abetted these criminals in the first place.

If these self-appointed demigods in DC would just stick to their oaths and stop thinking that they are the means to an end, then we citizens and our troops would fair far better. We really need to ask ourselves: Who or what do these people serve; and who or what are they really trying to get? Because they’re certainly not serving our Constitution or trying to get Osama bin Laden. Otherwise, we would have heard those words last night!

DR. NO!

The many varied versions of the Health Care Bills (HCB’s) floating about Washington are all an affront to the principles upon which this nation was founded and a direct violation of our Constitution. Unfortunately though, our national systemic illness, that being ignorance of our own Constitution, blinds most to the obvious.

Don’t get me wrong. The exorbitant continually escalating health costs in America today, is ridiculously out of control, but let’s look past what Washington and these bills are feigning and get down to brass tacks. Everyone’s all about health, but these HCB’s are not about health, but about money and power. And since government doesn’t have any (money that is) and can’t seem to manage what we provide them to date, then everyone should take a deep breath and pause. Washington’s not selling health care; their selling insurance. Read these Bills. It all comes down to not who your doctor is going to be, but who’s going to collect the monies with which your doctor will be paid.

I had health insurance some decades ago and the reason I dropped it was thus. Firstly, I’m a business man and paying out hundreds of dollars a month just in case, is a business decision. Naturally, these insurance companies spiking the premiums every six (6) months (with government approval) gnawed at my business sense. Let’s see here. In a few weeks (Thanks for the warning!) my rate (increase) is going to exceed the inflation and GNP rate combined, so you nice insurance companies are kind enough to recognize that I may NOT be able (or care) to afford this modest increase, so you offer me less-coverage (higher deductable or lower limits, if not both) for a slightly less gouging increase. Can’t express my gratitude enough!

Seeing my rapidly declining bank account, matched by the comparably increasing of my insurance companies profits and remembering that all the while they were building in less risk for themselves, my business sense over-took my concern for health coverage. Pay more, get less! Hold the phone. How much health ($$$) can I afford? Or more to the point, how much insurance do I actually need?

It makes not a lick of sense to spend vast sums of monies for something you’re not going to get people. Read the fine print. The insurance companies are not going to pay for everything and even what they do cover has limits! So, paying out increasingly large amounts of money for a false sense of security makes no sense at all. Get it? Nonsense! Which takes us back to government run health care; I mean insurance.

In case you’re not keeping up with current events (or historical ones for that matter), the government is broke. I’m sorry, they’re not just broke, they’re spending your children’s and children’s children’s liberty and futures broke. And telling you all the while they’ve got it under control. Are you out of your ever lov’in freak’in minds? Trade off greedy corporate insurance for a bureaucratic out-of-control megalomaniac sponsored one. Does the phrase “Jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.” come to mind?

Oh and by the way, give into this government sponsored insurance scam and give up more of your rapidly diminishing freedoms. These proposed HCB’s remove the one and only true American option; which is to do what I did some years ago and tell the insurance industry to bite the big one. Take care of your own health, reaping the benefits of your own liberty. MONEY! Hundreds and thousands of dollars you could save by eating healthier, exercising more and limiting unhealthy habits. You know; such as living on fast-foods, getting off the couch and stop drinking, smoking and believing everything you hear and see on the damn TV. Take charge and responsibility of your own lives and reap the benefits. You’ll be healthier and richer for it.

For those of you who bemoan “What about those poor people who get cancer or some other such catastrophic malady? do the research. Odds are that whatever insurance company they had (operative word being HAD) didn’t cover these major maladies completely anyway. Most run out of insurance and end up depleting their savings and/or losing their homes. Remember, insurance companies (private or government) are continually posturing themselves such that they collect more and pay out less. Higher premiums + Less coverage = Greater Profits! And if you think the government hasn’t or isn’t going to pick up on this formula you fail the most basic IQ test.

So here’s the rub. Signing on for the government sponsored health care plan is nothing more than trading elective private sector health insurance for mandated government-run health insurance. Get it? Mandatory; it’s not elective. The government can’t sell this usurpation of state and individual rights without money; meaning yours. So whereas the present state of affairs, although grossly expensive and inequitable may cause some to think in terms of change, this is not a step in the right direction. Especially when you consider that your new health insurer is going to be the 800lb. gorilla in the room. No, there are no provisions for self insured. IE. Myself and those who would rather bank their monies and take care of their own health. No, you don’t get to decide what the premiums will be nor what coverage it will afford. The gorilla decides that for you. No, you’re not going to be late with your payments. The gorilla takes it right out of your pockets. Where’s your freedom now?

And if you think this government expansion into the insurance industry wise, let alone palatable, put this in your think bank. The government has never had an accounting since its inception. Meaning, they can’t even tell you where all the monies they’ve collected have gone. Not that they would anyway. Further, they are notoriously inept, wasteful and outright criminal. Don’t take my word for it, just look at Social Security and our present state of affairs. And they’re going to run the health care system?

Now, I’m not going to leave you in this dire state with no cure, so here you go. First off, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Don’t let the government into the health insurance business in the first place. The Constitution does not grant them said right and you don’t want them to have that kind of power over you in the first place. If the government ignores our Constitution (AGAIN) and usurps your individual right to take care of yourself, then stand up like free men (and women), take responsibility for your life (health) and take a lead from DR. NO!

When they say you need them; say NO!
When they tell you to sign up; say NO!
When others say they need your money to support their health needs; say NO!
When they try to take your money; say HELL NO!

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi,

Fellow Americans,
Some months ago, a lawful criminal indictment was brought against a number of fellow citizens; to include agents and officials of this government. Those officials named have perverted this government’s sovereign offices and powers into schemes of self-enrichment and weapons of despotism. Said indictment articulated quite clearly that if this criminal matter were to be ignored and this indictment denied, that said dereliction would evidence an abrogation of this sovereign’s duty to establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense and promote our general Welfare; an abandonment of the Constitution of the United States in its entirety.

No response or acknowledgement was received on the part of the President; the Attorney General; the Inspector Generals for Treasury, Homeland Security and Justice; or legislative officials served (535). And in spite of Petition for Writs of Mandamus and Prohibition, the Supreme Court, like the Executive and Legislative branches of this government, turned a blind eye; essentially acknowledging and endorsing such criminal and treasonous activity.

In this matter, I have petitioned this government repeatedly. Even to the extent of bringing said public indictment, Enemies in War, at my own expense and peril. It is with great dismay that I recognize now the criminal and despotic nature to which we, the people of this nation, have permitted this government to descend. This sovereign’s acts and acts of omission have; subverted the very Constitution from which it points to for authority; permitted its officers to violate the most basic of human rights; and, aided and abetted our enemies, both foreign and domestic.

In either case, this government has been fully apprised. Even to the extent of warning you, Mr. Obama, that if you, the highest executive officer of this nation, were to refuse by either act or act of omission, to prosecute your sworn duties in this matter, then you may very well become the president of this Nation, but not the President of the United States: as the United States of America is a land of laws to which both citizen and sovereign are held. Therefore, having the material knowledge to such corruption, I, as a free American, can no longer consent to such governance. A government that capitalizes on the spirit of a free society, such as the United States of America provides, while withholding the embodiment, is merely a fraud. To that end, I leave it in the words of our forefathers as I could not state it any better here:

In every stage of this Oppression I have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: My repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyranny, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. I must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity which denounces my Separation, and hold this federal government as I hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends. Whereupon, I am, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent; that I am Absolved from all Allegiance to this government, and all political connection between myself and this Sovereign, is and ought to be totally dissolved.

I am no longer subject to the laws, codes or powers of this government. I am free to live, come, and go from America, my home country, as I see fit.

Ref: Petition 08-1230 ~ Enemies in War,

Fellow Americans,
Mr. Gheitner, how is it that our Treasury is bankrupt, but you grant criminals who stole from the Treasury, immunity from prosecution? Ms. Napolitano, why is it your all encompassing “Lexicon” of non-Islamic domestic extremists assigns terrorist overtones to almost every segment of our society, but conveniently omits a category for those federal employees who criminally breach their allegiance to this Nation. Just like those treasonous officials in Homeland Security today (Customs & Border Protection) who instead of protecting our borders pre-September 11th, subjected this Nation to untold terror when they chose to purloin the Treasury instead of protecting said borders. Mr. Holder, where did you read in our Constitution that you are afforded arbitrary and capricious discretion as to which violations of law you will prosecute and which ones you won’t; perpetrated by your own prosecutors no less? Mr. Obama, how on God’s green earth can you expect to maintain any credibility whatsoever by permitting us to be governed by criminals? And no, I’m not talking about the theoretical or inane. I’m talking about those Justice, Treasury & Homeland Security officials who perpetrated those infamous crimes so clearly substantiated in the indictment, Enemies in War. (www.EnemiesinWar.com) That would be the indictment documented in your possession sir.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan, who purports to represent the interest of us, the United States, has essentially stipulated to these crimes by waiving our right to respond to the Supreme Court Petition (08-1230) in this matter. She states “The Government hereby waives its right to file a response to the petition in this case.” The Government? How autonomous! Just like her predecessor, she perpetuates a wall of silence, brought to protect the criminals, as opposed to us. So be it. If you supposed government officials will not enforce the rule of law, then obviously there is no law.

History and Constitution seem to be lost on those of you in The Government today, so let me lay it out for you. The founders of the United States not only declared their independence, but articulated for all time that in order to preserve liberty, it is a citizen’s right and duty, to throw off despotic government; in this case, outright criminal government. I haven’t a clue what the hell you people think you’re doing by withholding our liberties and abusing our powers, but continue to protect these criminals and I will be forced to withhold my consent to whatever you call this unaccountable cabal. Call it what you will, but do not call it the United States government. That is an affront to all Americans and a blatant fraud.

I’ve expended enough years and monies trying to assert my rights and our laws in this criminal matter, so July 4th, 2009 is the deadline for you sworn officials to comply with your end of the bargain. I mean after all, you all took an oath to support and defend the United States Constitution, didn’t you?

THE RULE OF LAW

Some days, such as today, I feel like telling my fellow Americans that if we cannot agree to the definition of the written word (ie. Webster or Funk & Wagnell) then let’s just give up. I mean what’s the point. Without communication on even the most basic level, all is lost.

The reason this Nation has been (past-tense) termed a nation of laws, is because it is supposed to be based on the Rule of Law. Not the rule of men. This is precisely what the founders of this Nation sought. They didn’t want to be subject to the arbitrary and capricious rule of men. Men, who would change the law to fit their own ideas of right or wrong. Men, who would use the law to skirt the law.

Yet, here we sit at the arbitrary and capricious rule of men. One (Bush) goes and literally tears up the Supreme Law of the land (Constitution) and violates the most basic precepts upon which this Nation was founded; not to mention the laws. (ie. unwarranted search & seizure, abolition of due-process, denial of habeas corpus & cruel and unusual punishment) Then, our new President (Obama) comes along and decides (for us) that WE need to heal. That WE should just forget all about these crimes.

It’s not about what Bush or Obama want. It’s not about healing. It’s about the LAW. Either we are a land of laws, because we actually uphold it or we are not. No man, even a President, gets to decide what laws are prosecuted and which ones are not. To give any man or group of men, such arbitrary power is to negate the Rule of Law entirely.

WE need to inform these mere MEN that they are not above the law; that they don’t have a choice as to which constitutional provisions they wish to uphold and which ones they don’t. They swore an oath to support and defend OUR Constitution. Servitude to it (Constitution) is not a choice; it’s an obligation!

DICK & JANE!

I’m not sure whose the bigger rube in this game. Those who take an oath to serve, then serve themselves or those who they are supposed to serve not even getting that they don’t even rate? These politicians (No, it doesn’t matter which party!) are sworn to support and defend the US Constitution; ergo US, but once they get in office it becomes all about them; those in government. Dick & Jane (Bush) get in office and literally tear up OUR Constitution, invade the wrong damn country and let our enemies go free. Then along comes the next batch of self-serving politicians who promise to bring back the rule of law and change what’s broke in DC. But now, it’s all about government not holding government accountable. Is there anyone out there who has ever seen any person or entity rectify itself without some form of chastisement or consequence? This government is just going to be goody-two-shoes now? We’re not going to invade our citizens privacy; seize them or their property without warrant; deny them due-process of law; or, subject them to rendition or torture? WAKE UP AMERICA! There is only a rule of law if it applies to everyone equally. If we are held to the most stringent of standards by the Department of Justice and now our new KGB, Homeland Security, and these government officials, to include Dick & Jane, are not, then we are no longer equal. Any miscreant, disingenuous type or criminal who manages to weasel their way into government, enjoys greater freedoms and liberties then those they are supposed to serve. Where’s our equality then? Where is the rule of law then?
