The United States of America is the pinnacle of a body politic governed by the rule-of-law, not the rule-of-men. Done so in order to insure and protect that fundamental Natural Law that ‘All men are created equal.’ After all, governments, and the people that serve in them, have nothing, are nothing and can do nothing but by and through the monies and will of those they serve!

So when any American today, no matter their party, champions, condones or even so much as stands silent when the rule-of-law is violated, just because said violation serves what they perceive to be a just cause, then they have sacrificed upon the alter of self-serving arrogance and belligerence that very precept crucial to keeping we the People in charge; equity.

But now thanks to so many historically-challenged types, with reckless abandon mind you, clamoring for and justifying such violations of the rule-of-law, hence equity, we are no longer in control. The Government is!

WHEN THE BLOOD BEGAN TO FLOW!

Everybody’s talking about how September 11th changed their lives but the truth of the matter is that the only lives it truly changed were those that were cut short, the loved ones they left behind and those who bear the indelible scars from that day. For the rest of us, change has yet to come!

In that regard I’ve decided to publish some excerpts from a criminal indictment I brought over 3 years ago. Titled “Enemies in War,” this indictment was brought to prosecute a number of officials within the federal law-enforcement community specifically tasked (Customs/Border Protection & Department of Justice) and directly positioned (South Florida) to combat and prevent precisely what occurred that day.

But this organization’s (The Racket) combined criminal acts, brought for no greater good then to enrich and promote themselves, gave life to what can only be described as a dark spot in US history. The Racket is a criminal organization that thrives off abuse of the asset forfeiture statutes to steal property, purloin assets from the Treasury and perpetrate extortion schemes against unsuspecting victims; all the while hiding behind the façade of law-enforcement. That would be the same law-enforcement we relied upon (and paid) to serve and protect us over a decade ago; essentially leaving those fellow Americans on board those planes and in their paths with no protections at all!

And even though bin Laden has now been killed, or at least so we are told (some ten years later), pay particular attention to the dereliction on the part of the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security till this very day when it comes to these documented criminals within their own ranks!

For the record “Enemies in War,” was served upon: both Presidents, past and present; the Attorney General; Inspector Generals for Justice, Homeland Security and Treasury; the Supreme Court; and the entire Congress in August of 2008.

Their collective silence is both telling and deafening?

CHAPTER 5 ~ ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC
9:00 a.m.
“It’s getting bad, Dad — A stewardess was stabbed — They seem to have knives and Mace — They said they have a bomb — It’s getting very bad on the plane — Passengers are throwing up and getting sick — The plane is making jerky movements — I don’t think the pilot is flying the plane — I think we are going down — I think they intend to go to Chicago or someplace and fly into a building — Don’t worry, Dad — If it happens, it’ll be very fast — My God, my God…(line goes dead as screams are overheard in the background)” Passenger Peter Hanson to his father. ~ United 175

Oath of Office

This particular wording of today’s oath of office stems from our Civil War when it was used to rout out traitors in government. Anyone who refused to reaffirm their allegiance at that time of war was, at a minimum, denied salary. Those who violated their affirmations were prosecuted for perjury and forever barred employment under the United States.

Today we have become so accepting of government malfeasance and obfuscation that we no longer differentiate between the lawful and the criminal. Without even so much as a thought to what we truly are agreeing, we continue to look to our government departments and agencies for our protections. But how often are we merely putting our trust in a facade?

I’m not fighting US Customs and the Department of Justice. Those are lawful agencies and departments created by the Constitution of the United States. I’m not fighting US agents and US attorneys. Lawful officials don’t steal from us and violate our rights; criminals do. The problem today is we can’t tell the difference between the good-guys and the bad-guys. That is, unless we have the inordinate time it takes to expose their crimes and derelictions; their breaches of allegiance as it were. As one can see, this is no small undertaking. Unfortunately for some, it had come all too late!

On the dawn of September 11, 2001 a number of Americans started their day by preparing to leave for their offices or on cross-country journeys. At the same time, 19 terrorists started their day by paying homage and allegiance to Allah and their leader, Osama bin Laden. On this day almost 3000 of our fellow Americans would die at the hands of these terrorists in the single worst terrorist attack in our Nation’s history.

What you may not have realized as you have progressed on your journey is that while the Dent Fraud Scheme and Black Hole Conspiracy were being perpetrated and covered up, Osama bin Laden had implemented his “Planes Operation” and sent to these United States the terrorists of that day. The ancillary consequence here is that while the Racket concerned itself with targets and concealment, they weren’t defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies. Just like a dog with a Bone, their attention was on what there was to be seized, not their affirmations; certainly not their mission statements.

The suicide pilots, Mohammed Atta, Marwan al Shehhi, Ziad Jarrah and Hani Hanjour had entered the United States over a year before to train at our flight schools and plan the hijacking of those four US airliners. The undeniable fact is that Atta, Shehhi, Jarrah, and most of the “muscle” used to overpower and slaughter the crews of those airliners, lived, trained for and planned that attack right here in south Florida!

What were those officials of the Racket doing? They were focused on denying me the powers and monies necessary to attain due process of law. By and through Assistant US Attorney, Laurie Rucoba, who had intoned perverted nursery rhymes in court, they were busy conferring, confederating and conspiring to protect themselves.

What were the terrorist pilots of American 11 and United 175, Mohammad Atta and Marwan al Shehhi, doing during much of my due process pursuit? They were traveling in and out of South Florida, on expired visas. They were training on a Boeing 767 flight-simulator at the Opa-Locka airport where US Customs was based. They were abandoning and running away from a rental aircraft on an active taxi-way of Miami International Airport!

It isn’t to say that had these officials been enforcing the law they would have necessarily stopped these terrorists. It is, however, an absolute certainty, that they couldn’t detect or stop any crimes while they were preoccupied with covering up their own.

It wasn’t as if our leadership and these law enforcement offices hadn’t any idea as to what was coming:

• The CIA had formed a “Bin Ladin Unit” (BLU) some five-years prior, specifically to kill or capture Osama bin Laden; a man who in 1997 had publicly declared war against us and promised to bring death and carnage to our streets. (9/11 Commission Report)

• In early 1998, the CIA warned “Sooner or later, Bin Ladin will attack US interest.” (9/11 Commission Report)

• In August of 1998, when no action was taken, bin Laden made good on his promises and blew up our embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, killing hundreds and wounding scores more.

• Later in August of 1998, in response to the bombings of our embassies, President Clinton authorized a cruise-missile attack against bin Laden and terrorist’s camps believed to be under his control. The CIA believes that Pakistan warned bin Laden, allowing him to escape.

• In 2000, after the failed retaliatory cruise-missile attack in 1998, bin Laden attacked the USS Cole, killing 17 and wounding 39 servicemen.

• In May of 2001, the Tri-Service DiLorenzo Health Care Clinic and the Air Force Flight Medicine Clinic, both housed within the Pentagon, trained for a scenario involving a hijacked Boeing 757 airliner crashing into the Pentagon. (9/11 Commission Report)

• Our government, recognizing in late June of 2001 that a near-term spectacular terrorist attack, resulting in numerous casualties by bin Laden was imminent: moved our US Fifth Fleet out of its port in Bahrain; closed or stepped up security at US embassies across the globe; put on alert Foreign Emergency Response Teams; and, briefed federal law enforcement agencies and departments here in the United States to exercise extreme vigilance because the possibility of an attack in the United States could not be discounted. • In July of 2001, a very astute FBI agent conducting his own investigation, raised the “possibility of a coordinated effort by Osama Bin Ladin,” to send students to the United States to attend civil aviation schools. Unfortunately, his attempt to direct investigations of the “inordinate number of individuals of investigative interest” attending such schools was not acted upon. (9/11 Commission Report)

• The Attorney General, John Ashcroft, in response to an unspecified threat, decided in July of 2001 that he would no longer travel on commercial airliners. (9/11 Commission Report)

• By August of 2001, the Minneapolis FBI office was all but convinced that Zacarias Moussaoui, yet another arrogant, undocumented terrorist-pilot training on an aircraft for which he had no qualifications, was a suicide hijacker; causing an agent to warn FBI headquarters that he was “trying to keep someone from taking a plane and crashing into the World Trade Center.”

• In early August, 2001, James Woods, the actor, on a trans-continental flight from Boston to Los Angeles brought to the attention of officials the suspicious behavior of a number of middle-eastern men he believed were going to hijack his flight that day; later to be determined hijackers of September 11, performing a dry-run for training and planning purposes. Two of them identified as hijackers on flights 77 and 175!

• Muscle hijacker, Mohamed Al Kahtani, was refused entry at the Orlando International airport on August 4, 2001, while Mohammed Atta and Marwan al Shehhi waited outside.

• President Bush had been briefed no less than thirty-six times on the intentions of Osama bin Laden, and again briefed as late as August 6, 2001 that bin Laden was determined to strike in the US.

• A CIA official chastised National Security Advisor Condoleeza Rice on September 4, 2001, over the bi-polar mood-swings of the leadership:

Decision makers should imagine themselves on a future day when the CSG (Counter Intelligence Security Group) has not succeeded in stopping al Qida attacks and hundreds of Americans lay dead in several countries, including the US. What would those decision makers wish that they had done earlier? That future day could happen at any time.” “The fact that the USS Cole was attacked during the last Administration does not absolve us of responding for the attack. Many in al Qida and the Taliban may have drawn the wrong lesson from the Cole: that they can kill Americans without there being a US response, without there being a price…One might have thought that with a $250m hole in a destroyer and 17 dead sailors, the Pentagon might have wanted to respond. (9/11 Commission Report)

In spite of our leadership’s and law enforcement community’s anticipation of the credible escalating threat from Osama bin Laden, We the People had not a clue. Our leadership, both past and present, disregarded the BLU’s repeated warnings, gave up on killing bin Laden after the multi-million dollar missile strike in Afghanistan failed, ignored the attack on the USS Cole entirely and essentially heightened its own security and defenses. They knew! They knew and didn’t warn us!

The first and foremost mission statement of any government is to look after its citizens. Of all citizens, our children’s welfare is paramount; above all. But no matter how big or how powerful, no government can go back in time. Nor can they make up time. They are only as powerful as they are just, and on the morning of September 11, the United States government was anything but empowered or for that matter, just. And for those men, women and children on board those aircraft or in their paths, there might as well have been no government at all!

September 11 went off just as planned. Right down to a Boeing 757, American 77, crashing into the Pentagon! Osama, his supporters and his martyrs were dedicated to their mission statement: Kill as many Americans as possible in America and bring terror to their hearts. What can one say? Mission accomplished! They did not falter nor take their allegiance with reservations nor purposes of evasion. They knew who they were, what they had to accomplish, and they did whatever it took, to get the job done!

WE THE PEOPLE, on the other hand, had what? Those enumerable officials named here? I guess we really shouldn’t be too surprised. Our former President went on to write his memoirs, appropriately titled “My Life;” later complimenting himself as having “tried” to kill bin Laden. Our Attorney General, not weeks before 9/11, takes a private jet, which costs us $1,600 per hour, to go fishing. Our sitting President continues to labor under the delusion that he can save our Nation by destroying our Constitution.

Time is the most determinative factor of all. We all think we have time. We all act as if we will find the time, but we only think this because most of us take for granted that our government officials are who they profess to be.

Put yourselves into the shoes of those boarding those aircraft and opening their offices. Don’t you think that they thought they had time too? Don’t you think that they trusted that there existed officers sworn to protect and defend them? Don’t you think they believed that morning that their Lives, Liberties and pursuits of Happiness would be afforded? Of course they did. They sat down next to those terrorists posing as business men, buckled theirs and their children’s seat-belts and permitted the doors of those aircraft, soon to become cruise-missiles, to close, because they believed. Just like I, they believed in the perception; the facade.

Today we speak of September 11 as a historical event; as if it’s in our past. We speak of terror like a coined platitude; as if we know it. We speak to our Constitution as a relic; as if we needed it, but time tells all. Though September 11 has come and gone over six years ago now, what has our new Department of Homeland Security, the US Customs Service and the Department of Justice (Civil & Criminal Divisions) been doing in the six years since? They have been perpetuating their concealment and protection of the Racket and themselves. These supposed law-enforcement agents and agencies are still clearly in violation of their oaths and our Constitution, utilizing multi-million dollar military helicopters, interdiction-jets and agents to harass and intimidate. Wasting countless man hours and taxpayers’ dollars to obstruct and deny?

You see, it doesn’t matter whether a court of law permits me entry or not. It doesn’t even matter whether you even know, believe or care or not. There still exist a deprivation for which there has been no remedy; for which there is no one to fill the hole created. WE THE PEOPLE of these United States are still subject to the torts, crimes and conspiracies of those who only pretend to act on our behalf. Our courts have morphed from the arbiters of our Constitution into the arbiters of tyranny, by affording these tyrants all the protections which would normally have been afforded us! And yet, Osama bin Laden lives to this day, Al Qaeda fights on, the Taliban still rules, and those seeking to see us and our littlest children dead in our streets further emboldened.

Where is your security now? How safe do you feel now when you board that airliner? Is there any wonder why Osama bin Laden is still at large? Is there any doubt as to the culpability of those in government service? Is there any doubt as to who these supposed officials truly serve?

Just like those on board those aircraft, you should be coming to terms with the inevitable. Continue to sit in your seats and place your trust in those who have by deceit and force, hijacked our Nation or stand up and take back what’s yours. Free men fight for what is theirs. Servants sit as commanded and do nothing except bemoan their plight!

It is without doubt that those officials in the highest levels of our government are affording this Racket the full support and protection of this Nation. That is they are utilizing our positions, powers and monies at this time of war to protect the very persons who defrauded us of the very positions and powers necessary to have prevented this war. Making our domestic enemies but a mirror image of our foreign enemies, as the symbiosis is complete when those who would breach our borders to kill us have nothing to fear from those who are too busy defrauding us to protect our borders. After all, is there really any distinction between our foreign enemy’s allegiance and our government officials’ criminal breach of allegiance? That is those enemies, foreign and domestic.

CHAPTER 6 ~ ENEMIES IN WAR,
On the front cover of this book you see Lady Liberty. I see Liberty lost. You may see the broken shackles at her feet, signifying our freedom from oppression and tyranny. I see the crumbling of the very foundation upon which our Republic stands. You see Liberty bathed in the dawn of an early morning sun. I see the dawn of the era of tyranny.

You see a view like that from above New York Harbor. I see a view like that from on board N612UA; better known as United 175. You have probably deduced that Manhattan lies just ahead. I see the deceit and deception which lie behind. You probably see the treachery, cunning and depravity of those whom have hijacked this aircraft. I see the criminal dereliction and wanton treason of those whom have hijacked our government.

You no doubt see a tragedy forthcoming. I see that if not for the abandonment of our Constitution, this terrible loss may have been avoided. You may see a mother holding onto her child. I see Life’s embrace. You may see a child grasping for Liberty. I see little Christine, the two and half year old daughter of Peter and Sue Hanson, grasping for savior; the youngest to die September 11, 2001. I see the cost of silence!

So America, after ten long years you have to ask yourselves. What has changed? Not a damn thing; unless of course you point to the growth rate of the federal bureaucracy, their wholesale seizure of individual rights, ramped-up government secrecy or its all-out-assault on common sense and sensibility. Is that the change you expected; wanted?

The most cursory examination of the facts leading up to that horrific day show many in the federal government to not only have been derelict in the execution of their sworn duties, but criminally so; and yet not one person has been fired, demoted, or in this particular treasonous instance, prosecuted?

At what point do we wake-up to the pragmatic reality that fraudulently brought preemptive wars, criminal kidnapping, sadistic torture, unchecked spending and government unaccountability (secrecy), to the extent of perverting federal law-enforcement entities into criminal empires, does nothing to further security and everything to threaten it? And that every second that lapses with these criminals left in the crucial positions they hold subjects America as a whole to whatever comes; be it more domestic tyranny (extortion) or future terrorist attack!

The clock is ticking America. It’s not a matter of if at this juncture; it’s only a matter of when. And if you’re relying on federal law-enforcement to stop them, historically speaking and proven time and again, they’re too busy protecting themselves. America’s only security and salvation, rests in its citizens’ willingness to hold accountable those who have violated our laws and trust. Which without, leaves us with the ever-spiraling criminal oligarchy we live under today and the soon-to-come wake-up call that many received ten years ago.

KEEPING MY DISTANCE

The absurd rhetoric and idiocy spewing from the TV, internet and peoples’ mouths these days is just more than the rational mind can take. So even though I wouldn’t normally honor them with so much as an off-the-cuff response, these particular onslaughts just beg for it.

• As I passed the TV my brother was watching the other day I warned him that it was going to rot his brain. Sure enough upon returning here’s this American Senator (Kerry) lamenting the press for giving his fellow Americans ‘equal’ time. He was just so down right offended that just because someone had something to say in America, they would be given such opportunity. What planet do you come from Kerry?

• Then this Honorable Congresswoman (emphasis lessened) decided that a group of Americans trying to reduce their taxes and restrain this out-of-control government merited her ire. So what does this bastion of intelligence and class say about these tax-paying Americans; Americans who pay not only her wages but for the very entitlements of many of her constituents? She tells them (the Tea Party) to go straight to hell! Well now. I’m not a Tea Partier but if I were, instead of going to hell I’d just go home; and keep my monies (taxes) while I’m at it. How do you like them apples Maxine?

• And of course my all-time favorite these days is watching my fellow Americans, from a distance mind you, looking up to their illustrious leader for jobs. I’m sorry but what side of stupid did you all wake up on this past decade. Government can’t create jobs. Government kills jobs. The historical absolute is that this escalating out-of-control legislation (hence government) you’re all sitting for is directly responsible for both the loss of your jobs and our economy. But yet you all stand about demanding ‘the Government’ create more jobs. It can’t; alright? The only way to create jobs and bring back the economy is to reduce government! Get it!

So for the record Kerry, even though I couldn’t disagree more with what idiocy you said the last thing in the world I would lament, is your right to say it. Because a free and open press Senator, no matter whether you like what is said or not, is the beacon of freedom.

And while we’re at it Maxine, you might want to ratchet back you rhetoric a tad and take in a night class or two. Shall we say, Logic 101 and Remedial Math? Things aren’t going to get any better for your constituents or you for that matter if you continue to bite the hand that feeds you.

And lastly my fellow Americans, stop looking for others to do for you what you’re supposed to be doing for yourselves. I.E take care of your own health; provide for your own security; and while you’re at it, give me a freak’in break and stop looking to the burgeoning autocracy that’s killing you to save you. Because watching you all looking up to government to create jobs is tantamount to watching people looking up at a bull’s ass waiting for pearls to pop out.

KEEP GRAZING

Financially speaking, government for most today is just a giant pot into which everyone throws their (and their grand-children’s) hard-earned monies and then stand in line while their thief-of-choice attempts to steal back their share. Well, at least a reasonable facsimile thereof given that the thieves have to get theirs first, and then cover their confederates. And let’s not forget that the thieves only get to be the thieves if they can bribe that part of the electorate (with your monies), who usually haven’t contributed that much, to vote them back in. So if this makes any sense to you all then put your heads back down and KEEP GRAZING!
